1. Affiliate Program Application

- Your legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application is limited.
2. Commissions
- Commissions are paid monthly for accounts that remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
- Self-referrals are prohibited, and commissions will not be paid on your own accounts.
- Commissions are only paid for transactions that are successfully completed. Chargebacks or refunds will result in a reversal of the commission.
3. Marketing and Advertising
- Affiliates may use both graphic and text links on their website and in email messages.
- The use of misleading or unethical advertising practices is prohibited.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing and advertising practices.
4. PPC (Pay Per Click) Policy
- PPC bidding requires prior written permission from Vedamails.
- Specific guidelines will be provided upon approval of PPC activities.
5. Termination of Affiliate Status
- Affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for reasons including inappropriate advertisements, spamming, illegal activities, violation of intellectual property rights, or fraudulent activities.
- Vedamails reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time for any reason.
6. Liability
- Vedamails will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages related to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of harmful intentions to the Program and/or our website(s).
- We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the products sold by Vedamails.
7. Term of the Agreement
- The Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and ends when your Affiliate account is terminated.
- The terms and conditions may be modified by us at any time. Continuation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
8. Indemnification
- Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vedamails and its affiliates from any liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from Affiliate’s negligence, misrepresentation, or misconduct.
9. Electronic Signatures
- By completing the Vedamails affiliate application process, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which serves as a legally binding electronic contract.
