- Open Vedamails in your web browser.
- Sign in with your account credentials.
- Initiate Campaign Creation:
- In the dashboard, click on “Campaigns.”
- Select “Create Campaign” to start crafting your first email marketing campaign.
- Select Campaign Type:
- Choose between a regular email (with rich HTML content) or a simpler text-based email.
- Choose Your Email List:
- Select the email list you want to target with this campaign.
- Campaign Settings:
- Click on “Save & Next” after selecting your list.
- Enter your campaign details: name, subject line, business name, sender email, and reply-to address.
- Enable Tracking and Message Options:
- Turn on all tracking options for insights into your campaign’s performance.
- Choose to skip failed messages to keep your campaign running smoothly.
- Design Your Email:
- Click on “Save & Next” to proceed to the design stage.
- Select “Create from Existing Template” to use a pre-designed layout.

- Finalize Content:
